Perma Plus Shelving System with Antibacterial Additive
This versatile shelving system is based upon the already successful Eclipse range but with the added benefits of an antibacterial coating with a predicted life of up to 10 years and an anti corrosion warranty of 15 years.
The protective coating kills off 98% of germs within 2-3 hours of them settling. This feature makes it suitable for use in coldrooms and ambient food storage, where the open design also aids air circulation.
The shelves are made from mild steel with a zinc substrate coated with a hard-baked silver-grey polyester powder resin that resists rust, making them five times longer-lasting than nylon-coated versions. The resin also contains the anti-bacterial coating.
Although costing up to 60% less than stainless-steel shelving, Perma Plus has a strength-to-weight ratio that makes it highly durable. Shelf loading is typically 360kg on spans up to 1,220mm long and 300kg on longer spans.
Available in 25 standard sizes, Perma Plus has a bolt-free design for easy assembly, it is highly adjustable, and is available in both static and wheeled versions.
